On the safari we had an option of visitng a Masai village for a fee of $30 dollars (th Masai are businessmen!). When we arrived at the village me and a woman from DC who works for the USAID, we were greeted by Benson an 18 year old Masai villager, sang to by women villagers, given a tour of the village and brought to a grassy area where items for sale were displayed.
